Quite possibly, milady. I don't know, we have heard nothing about Paradox being here. I don't know if the beast could extend himself this far, since Ren says it grows like a weed and the tendrils need to have a connection to the beast's main body. If it was, it would be a second Paradox creature growing here, which in a way is even more terrifying.
Oh, something is up 'down' here.

I do. Even before the scars of Hellfire I looked suave for a man of the 1970s. I am not one of the native Infernal race, but became one. Hell has a way of changing and assimilating you.
This river used to be as wide as the Mississippi. So wide you wondered if it was an inland sea, and it went on forever. I remember driving through Memphis in my 72' Pontiac convertible and just being in awe at the size and depth of that mighty estuary.
And Hell was different back in the 70's too. An era of unparalleled suffering and debauchery of the wicked. I suffered 40 years of torture so I don't remember much past that, just pain and mostly being confined to one place.
Now? Nothing.
There are flashes every now and then of angry discussion and an eventual lessening of the punishment. Thinking back, if this was slowly happening I can now see why I am free and the Infernals are in open revolt.
Something is draining the power of Hell itself.
