Description This was the first time I showed myself. I had put myself in two other series before this but I never released them out of fear. I made a couple appearances every now and then but nothing major until Stranded Updates, when I became a major character.

The above is us moving the Vista Moon archives out of storage in LA and to a central warehouse in the Derica timeline. Cannon-wise, I own all the Vista Moon, Galaxie, and a bunch of other content produced in the 1950's and 60's for a treasure of classic sci-fi that I release stories from.

But why tear it all down? Well, thematically the time is right. You look at classic comic-book stories and they have big world-changing events all the time. Since we are in the middle of the Earth: Endgame storyline right now IRL, it all ties into how I am feeling, how I see my art, and the fact "comics" is part of my name and that industry has been dying and going through rapid change as the talented creators flee to do their own things and the classic characters we love become corporate zombie husks with no soul or meaning to our lives other than empty sugar-calorie nostalgia. Even the power of that is fading.

So...time to change. The world is, so I am.

There was a time when I considered removing comics from my name because I didn't want to be associated with the term. But then I turn around and accepted the name as a part of me and what I do. Because I helped create rendered comics from the start, the figures, the technology, and the legacy. And I hope what I do helps legitimize and democratize comics making for the world and everyone that follows. Comics is not an art form controlled by the billionaires of Disney and AT&T.

Comics is an art form controlled by you. The people of the world.
