Description
For those of you unfamiliar, check the Stranded Revolution series and Hunter's arc for this guy's origin. In short, Leo Mccarty worked for Satan in the 1950's in men's clubs and comedy joints as a field representative and "sales manager" to buy souls in exchange for fame, women, and the good life. Then Satan vanished in the early 2000's, and he was left with his job and connections but little else. Since then, he has been looking for someone to take over for his boss, and he is playing a Goodfellas' style game to get Vex to step in and take over Hell. Vex said if he did, he would burn the place to the ground.A cool character, wickedly funny and classic, and now we need to keep an eye on him because he has valuable connections or could be a powerful asset used against us to great effect. Keeping our enemies close.

LOL yeah. Back in the 50's they had a sense of style and cool classy swank at their hangouts and hotels. They weren't nudist resorts like the Island can sometimes be, so he turns it into a laugh. Culture clash for sure, and he is going to be fun to have around.
