Inktober #27: Mapinguari — Description
For day 27, there is a creature that is intriguing, weird, and extraordinary. On one hand, it shown to a be a vicious monster, with an single eye on it's head, and with a mouth for a stomach. On the another, a peaceful, limbering giant that tends to keep to itself and is similar to one of today's critters. Ladies and Gents, I give you: Mapinguari! Alright, so I actually did tried it out with this guy, and mostly went for the sloth version. However, I incorporated a fake eye at the top of it's head, some resemblance to the traditional depiction of the monster. Probably to fool predators into thinking it's always watching (unless they're smart enoguh to know that's a bluff). Okay, send in the comments!
