Sayonara Chihiro — Description

I heard the news about Daveigh Chase, and it's an awful shame she passed away so young
So I decided to do a little painting of her in Spirited Away
I based this on a concept where the movie had a "phantom ending":
Chihiro's family arrives at their new home without further incident. Her mother notices the hair decoration, but Chihiro doesn't remember where she got it. She explores her new home before she comes across Haku. ...and remembers him.
