Midterm Practical — Description
Last one (for now). This one was made in school for my Culinary midterm, to be specific, the the practical exam portion. I think it turned out well. It's similar to an apple turnover, like, thing, but it's not...it's pretty hard to explain. I don't even have a good name for it. But I still have the recipe laying around (not that anyone would want it //HIT)
