Known only by her acronym, the Manufacturing Operations Manager is Balfas and Co's boss in Acquisitions Inc. She is (only semi-secretly) a true dragon in the guise of a short little dragonborn sorcerer, but she can absolutely flatten a city with a snap of her fingers.
