Hal Clementine — Description
Well defently quicker ai? Anyways here we have the 7th set starter and newcomer Hal Clementine though he wasn't mentioned in the last project he is the younger brother to Leila Clementine.

Overall his outfit is a tad generic looking ,but for his character its a good choice granted I was a little disappointed that for some odd reason I made an outfit that’s probably one of the most overused outfits a lot of kid like characters have used at one point or another. Yes he is a kid and believe it or not this is my first male kid character (who is actually more of tweenframe) well the first one I've ever shown at least here. And I have to say for me, that’s nice to see I can do this frame and character type because its not often I draw with kid frames. Of course there are rules that come with his frame type and I'll admit at first it was tricky for me because often I usually draw characters ages 17 to about the oldest for me is 36. So drawing a character at age 14 was a new thing and I am glad that in some ways this was easier, but enough of the elongated speech of how things are done Drifter Camp. You want to hear about this character. He is also probably the fastest character design that’s new that didn't really require any time to practice or plan. I just went with my gut feeling making him a speed draw for me.

Hal Clementine is a 14 year old boy who lives with his big sister Leila Clementine whom he also considers to be like a mom because Hal has never met his mom or his dad and as such the bond the siblings share is very strong, despite the occasional arguments that typical siblings have. After the tournament Leila was immediately sent out on another mission for the FBI to look into a group called Forescythe. At that point Hal was left in the care of the owner of the Starlight Bar and pretty much works as a small chore boy usually in the afternoon after school in exchange for some pay and room and board.

The 2 Month Period

During this time Hal continued his normal routine till one day a man showed up to the bar looking for Hal which Hal knew the man as one of his big sis's employers going by the name of Keith Birkin. The reason Keith came to the bar was to tell Hal that his big sis had been killed during her mission which upon hearing this Hal became devastated as Leila was the only family he ever knew. Keith was also willing to take him home ,but Hal refused saying this is the life he knew was the bar life which his sister loved the most that he wanted to be near that love and as such refusing the offer he went to his room. Because he was so devastated by this news he stopped going to school and simply worked not only as the chore boy, but became a bouncer for the bar because even though at first glance Hal didn't look like a threat, but he could take hits and fight if not just as good as his big sis. This worried the bar owner greatly and despite his efforts to convince Hal to go back to school and live a normal life as a kid his age. Hal also refused to listen and became rather distant and the only time he was alive or looked happy was when he was fighting rowdy drunks even the violent ones never losing any of these bouts which earned him respect among the other working bouncers and fear among some patrons and regulars. Eventually his name became quite well known so well known that even bouncers from around the many burrows of New York would come to see this kid bouncer fight and even challenge him. This was till one day he finally met his match. By a man he had never seen before.

Current History

This man for some odd reason to Hal had this atmosphere about him that Hal couldn't understand it was like he brought with him a sense of a calming peace. At that point Hal came up to the man asking him to fight him which the man reffused for the mere fact that he didn't want to hurt a kid which Hal kept asking till eventually the man accepeted if he could fight armed because he said wasn't a capable fighter with his bare hands which Hal didn't seem to care because he wanted to fight this man so he accepted and in the middle of the bar floor everyone moved back to the walls and watched. The man grabbed a pool cue from a pool table and simply nodded for the fight to begin which Hal came out full blast for him ,but for some reason the man was quicker than Hal and blocked every strike that Hal threw out with his legs and hands. Hal then started giving it all ,but to no avail the fight didn't last very long as the man continued blocking his every move till Hal wore himself out ending the fight without even touching this man. As Hal sprawled on to the ground the man put the pool cue back on the table and holding out his hand in front of Hal. Hal's pride was hurt ,but he accepted the hand so he could stand back up which at that point the man asked him. "Why are you fighting with an empty heart?" Which Hal didn't understand what the man meant and simply said "I fight because it reminds me of my big sis. This is all I have to remind me of her." Than the man responded "than you need a new purpose. Why don't you come with me I don't really know this area well...." Than Hal responded "I don't help strangers." Than the man responded back. "My name is Angelwing."
From then on Hal become a freind of Angelwing almost instantly out of respect for his fighting skills.

Fighting style

Hal shares the same fighting style of Leila Clementine meaning he uses a ton of kicks with his combos and as such is a movement clone of his big sis ,but faster and lacking the full range of her kicks.

Weaknesses

Due to his stature Hal lacks the range and power where as his big sis had decent range, power and good form ,but on the upside he is faster and is also hard to hit.

Mistakes

For the most part my usual and I think my noticeable mistakes is the hands and the one foot which well its been a while since I did modern shoes ,but other than that this piece is not bad and it looks like some rust is gone.
