Minos's Basic Water - Condense Water — Description

Minos wasnt a fan of how the order of magic skills are being distributed this magic class, it was hard for him to condense the dirty water out of the clean one, but all he could do was condense the steam of the hot water... at least it was clean. However, that was the least of his worries at the moment, Katsuki, his precious adopted little brother, seem to be very anxious after last week, was it because of the purple Imp in class? Does she know Katsuki? Is she bothering him?

Katsuki wont respond, but Minos will do his best to keep the Imp away from his little brother, after all, Minos brought him to have fun together
