Emotions are tricky.

They range from " I love you " to " I hate you " to " I miss you "

But human emotions are the worst.

They can change from " I love you " to " I hate you " to " I miss you " in a matter of second.

I've heard from some people, that you don't have to be mad, you don't have to be sad, that you don't have to feel negative emotions...

But truthfully, can you really tell yourself not to feel something?

Can you really tell yourself that you don't want to love them?

Can you tell yourself you want to hate them?

Can you tell yourself that their presence doesn't make you sad?

That their words don't hurt?

That their looks don't leave you stumbling for words?

Can you really tell yourself that you don't feel anything?

No

Now... Everyone's different..

Everyone does their own thing but have you ever thought that maybe..

Just maybe the people around you are different?

They don't think like you.

They don't move like you.

They don't talk like you.

They aren't like you.

So why judge the way they do things?

Why do you make fun of every little thing they like or say?

Don't

As I shed tears writing this, I want to tell you I'm a hypocrite.

I judge people.

I judge.

I also want to tell you that it's human nature...

To judge.

To fear.

To be a hypocrite.

To lie.

Cheat.

Love.

Care.

Yearn.

Hurt.

Cry.

It's human nature to feel like everyone else needs to do something your way.

It's human nature to feel like someone is wrong because they think something different.

It's also human nature to change your mind.

What's not human nature is the ridicule.

It's not human nature to say what you think.

It's not human nature to hit someone.

To yell at someone.

To verbally abuse.

I don't know how you think.

I don't know how you act.

But I'm asking one thing of you, if you read this...

Think back to when you've teased someone, ridiculed them for not being like yourself..

Or the spitting image of what this twisted world thinks is beautiful...

I want you to think back and put yourself in their shoes.

I'm not saying it'll help, but you can see how much your words hurt them.

How much you destroy them.

You remember the " fat " girl that you called a whale because she's bigger than you?

She has weight problems and constantly starves herself.

You remember the " slow " boy that you called stupid because he wouldn't talk to you?

He doesn't talk because he's afraid. Of his father. Mother. The world.

He's afraid because he knows the cruelty of the world.

I won't lie. I've called people fat, stupid, ugly and I'm not proud.

It hasn't ever made me happy when I thought back to it.

So I beg of you...

Show compassion to the next person who looks out of place.

Show kindness to the person who looks lonely.

Because they could be depressed.

They could have an anxiety disorder.

The could have an eating disorder.

Everyone says that they can help themselves, but it's not true.

Everyone gets to that point where their minds have dug the rut to deep.

They need a helping hand out of that deep dark abyss.

Just say hi.
