WARNING: Large file size!This is how I animate frame-by-frame ^^
This way everything keeps fluid and neat.

This is supposed to be a basic tutorial.
It would be soo long if I added all my tips and details :<
I was planning to do the hershey's holder tutorial next but I lost my folding paper ;_;'' OTL

Instead of going for midpoints, you'll have to be visualing 2 points and you go 1/3 the way, not 1/2 :]
There's options where you can stop it from looping :0

Your workspace should already have the properties tab out on the open at start. Try reseting your workspace and it should be there :]
I know there's hotkey for it but I'm not exactly sure what that is :<

Maybe it's due to variations of flash? Mine is macromedia flash 8.

I've only used two versions of flash (Flash MX 2004 and Flash 8; currently using Flash 8) and they both had it :< Try ctrl + F3

Motion tween isn't that good for fbf because if you look at my most recent animation (anystar), you can see how some movements are really choppy :< It's cause I didn't use fbf u.u;; It depends tho on when and how you utilize it--it could actually be good at some point.
I haven't tried flash lipsyncing for over an year now so I'm probably not the best person you can go to for help ^^ ;; try looking online :]

I've always thought you had to draw a whole load of the movements like flip books >.>
Very good tutorial though.
I don't have flash, but the mac lab in my school does.
Maybe I'll use this tutorial if I go in there again.
