Hey, I love the picture, would it be ok if I posted it on a facebook page I am running devoted to arcanine lovers? (with full credit given of course, including your name and a link here)

I know this style, this shading, this art.
I've seen it on Gaia Online...Extrasensory, I believe. Am I correct?

Arcanine was always one of my favorite pokemon. That and vulpix/ninetails.
You did a beautiful job with him. His face looks so intelligent and gentle, I just want to give him a hug. Your lineart is very well done and so clean. I especially like the thin highlights on his body. I think it helps to give him a better sense of dimension.

Yeah, Arcanine is pretty popular, isn't it? :3
I like them a lot too.
And thank you so much! I do spend quite a bit inking.

All the original pokemon were so great. Now there is I don't know how many. I saw a pokemon book in the store the other day and it was ash with a stampede of all of these pokemon I didn't know. It kinda made me feel sad.
What program do you use to draw/ink your pictures? Do you do any of it on paper?

I managed to keep up a bit, but I don't know all of their names. ;D
I mostly draw in paper and do the rest in Photoshop. This one in particular was sketched in OpenCanvas though.
