This is one of the sea-class dragons, best adapted to its environment. It has a flattened body with wings similar to those of a manta ray, very large and strong, with a smaller pair below as fins for maneuvering. It also has a pair of heads with a sharp tip and equally sharp scales as teeth, since its teeth are small. On its back it has a row of spines that reach its tail which ends in a fin that gives it momentum when swimming. As a final detail, it has bluish skin with a light gray belly.

The name of this dragon is due to its ability to generate electricity, which it uses to hunt and stun its prey and enemies. Although they can emit electricity from their mouths, it will be released when they have bitten something, or at a short range just before they bite their targets. Their electro-charged bites can take down larger enemies. Also, by putting their heads together they can generate an electric field or explosion, perfect for attack and defense.

Unlike the previous dragons, the Sea Shocks are social dragons, which live, hunt and travel in groups, which are well organized especially when hunting, since in this way they herd schools of fish, and also when defending themselves by supporting themselves together against the attack of the Cauldron dragons, who attack the younger ones.
