Kamen Rider Legion — Description

Name: Kenji Watanabe

Character Bio:
Stern and aloof, Kenji transfers into Suguretazuno Academy right as Atom is struggling with the increasingly powerful Saiten. During a particularly close battle with the Battery Saiten, an unarmed Kenji intervenes and manages to push the monster away. He claims Atom is not fit to be the school’s protector and challenges him to a spar at night with Tomoki’s driver on the line.
Night soon comes and Kenji proves to be a skilled and relentless fighter, easily subduing Tomoki again and again. As they battle, Kenji finally reveals his reasons. His former school got overtaken by a horde of Saiten with no one to fully take on them. Kenji fought to protect a small group of survivors until they managed to escape, losing a few in the process. As such, he takes great offense to Tomoki’s careless way of fighting despite having the power to transform.
Tomoki manages to edge out a slim victory to prove himself worthy of keeping his driver, but Kenji’s words resonate with him. Begrudgingly, he offers him a duplicate ClassDriver he had been working on as a backup. And so, manifesting the Legion Tube from his old Roman history book, Kenji transforms into Kamen Rider Legion to prevent another similar disaster from happening.
Will our two jerk-ish heroes manage to fully come together for the greater good? How will Atom catch up to Legion's strength? And most importantly, will Tomoki get Kenji to sign up for the Science Club?

Form Description: Legion Form is Kamen Rider Legion's primary form, accessed by using the Legion Tube on the ClassDriver, covering Kenji in a cloud of chalk dust upon transformation. Compared to his other main forms, this one is best suited for an aggressive fighting style with the LegioSpear in Spear Mode. In general, Kamen Rider Legion is stronger than Atom, in exchange for having fewer special abilities tied to his forms.

Finisher:
To initiate the finisher, Legion has to press the button on the top of the Legion Tube and the bumpers on the sides of the ClassDriver, upon which the device will announce "Legion! Pop Quiz!". Legion throws his weapon toward his enemy, which triplicates in the air to stab them on all sides. Once pinned, Legion delivers a powerful roundhouse kick infused with red energy. After a successful attack, the Driver will announce "Excellent!"

Equipment:
- ClassDriver: Transformation Device. To transform, the user has to swing the cover down, slide the Legion Tube on the device, and push the board eraser-shaped bumpers.
- Legion Tube: Transformation Trinket.
- LegioSpear: Personal Weapon. Can switch between Spear, Sickle, and Staff forms.

The history motif is probably a bit subdued (the chest emblem thingy is supposed to be a roman shield), but we're keeping things simple for these first few forms. You'll see when we get there!)
