With Teeth - Nine Inch Nails
What if the dentist was the patient and we could extract (no pun intended) revenge...
I know this would have been more 'fun' with blood, but the contest said no blood so here I am, my bloodless picture. I can always do one with it, what do you figure?
Anyhow - Needle is a diabetic needle, I have 100 of them and I lost them, all but this one - how do you lose 100 needles? The teeth are just old teeth. They are real.

Somebody I know is taking a new treatment for diabetes that requires no injections. So, he doesn't need needles anymore, so when he was disposing of the boxes, I managed to get one. 100 needles, away!

I think, personally, that the bloodless version is really great, the horror feel is so subtle, it gets you more attracted to the piece and makes you more intrigued about the story behind it
