Dumb Flow Chart — Description
It was entirely unnecessary and I have no idea why I made this. I just got the idea into my head and coming up with the answers was making me giggle, so I thought maybe it would make you giggle, so I drew it~

As for Nell, she has... issues. She thought getting closer to Tyrian would get her more money or power, which technically it could, but it didn't especially since Tyrian quickly realised what she was up to and then distanced himself from her. He would have fired her, but he feels sorry for her, as she is training to be a witch to get her family out of poverty. Nell's backstory is highly unimportant and there's no other context in which I would bother explaining it really...
