On the ropes... — Description
I had penciled this a while ago and let it sit on my table underneath a pile of other projects. The other day, I decided to ink it and then add some greytones and post it. When I initially started my women's wrestling comic, Fallen Angels, I used the daily strip format to enable me to work faster. It worked, but as my story quickly became more complex, with more dialogue, I realized I would need more space and went to standard comic format. Still, I like the format used traditionally by daily strips and the dimensions make me work on brevity and concise storytelling. Plus, I bought a bunch of pre-lined paper sized for dailies and never really use it.
