this is a fakemon I designed!
it's a very "out there" Flygon regional variant.
It's ghost-psychic.
Inspired slightly by Hoopa!
The part that's already come through the portal is corporeal and has form; the other part is incoporeal, and it can only fit up to half of its body at once. often it just pokes its head through!
