Floating Manaphy — Description
I decided to try upping the size of the Manaphy sprite from Pokemon Platinum, using the Sugimori art as a reference! I enjoyed it so much that I decided to animate it as well. I hope you like it as much as I do! ^_^

Ah, and I can't forget the legal stuff!
I do not own Pokemon!
