The generators of his back allow him to generate and manipulate electrical lighting and electromagentism.
Also can shoot electric energy and electrokinesis from his hands.
Posseses superhuman strenght.
Can survive in the vacumm of space.
Can connect himself to machines and then control them via technokinesis.
Thanks to his electromagnetic boots, he can scale metal surfaces.
Can absorb all kinds of energy using his cables.
Can use the stored energy to trigger powerful electrical charges.
Can shoot the stored energy to fly using it as a jet-pack
Can use his antennas to "sniff" radio signals
While can generate his own energy than can caonteid can't get exhausted through use
Weaknesses:
Is possible to absorb the electricity from his generators that feed him.
