Mechapuff by IndahAlditha — Description

First time, I've done this in a while.

I've decided to take a bit of a break from posting AI-generated imagery for a bit so that I can post this screenshot of my beloved Mechapuff character in her bikini outfit illustrated by IndahAlditha aka aldithasiregar . The drawing was a result of getting her 40,000 kiriban.

The drawing originally had a date-stamp of December 2, 2018, 11:03:37, but it was not submitted until November 23, 2020.

I had this desktop wallpaper screenshot under OS/2 Warp 4 Fixpack 17 (Internal Revision 14.104_W4) for over a month now under VirtualBox with 512 MB of RAM and 64 MB of VRAM allocated to the VM. Typically, 512 MB of RAM is the maximum that older versions of OS/2 can handle.

I had to use this command to set a custom screenshot side after installing the VirtualBox Guest Additions for OS/2:

VBoxManage setextradata "OS_2 Warp 4" CustomVideoMode1 1600x900x16

On this screenshot, you will find a Toolbar (formerly LaunchPad in OS/2 Warp 3) located on the lower right side of the desktop as well as the Tab Launchpad on the top and the Control Center to the right side of the screen. Tab LaunchPad and Control Center were a part of Stardock Systems Object Desktop. The most recent release was version 2.0 that ran under OS/2 Warp 3 and higher. Sadly, Stardock ended sale of all OS/2 products on February 1, 2001 and ended free support on June 30, 2001.

It's unclear if Stardock has completely ended paid support of OS/2 products beyond this as it is only focusing on Microsoft Windows products now.

On the bottom of the screenshot is XWorkplace Shell XCenter, which is a excellent replacement for the OS/2 WarpCenter that came with OS/2 Warp 4.
