Like they say in the always entertaining show Ancient Aliens: "Is it possible..."Highly unlikely
Used an arfican bullfrog photo for reference, (they're awesome for character faces)
Drawn with Clip Studio Paint's chalk tool, mostly just lighter and darker shades of grey on a medium grey background
