Not really. I was looking for the dogsuit type of pics on FA when I ran into that guy's gallery. It was a bit bloody, but past that, I did see the pic of the princesses going out for a walk (as well as an interesting explanation of the 1-up shroom).
And then I thought about the true dog of the Mario series and drew that.
