Not the GREATEST ghostbusters... — Description

Commission for @Taren14, who also provides a lil' blurb:
There are times when you're in a Rescue Team that the typing in a fight doesn't work out for you. Team Striker was especially good against Water, Flying, or Dark-types, but there were times where they got a bit too confident. So it was when they accepted a job to clear out some Ghost-type bandits that were scaring Pokemon and taking off with their valuables after. While Blitz had no trouble zapping them into submission, when you're a Fighting-type like Leo, you have a much worse time. Blitz got too into electrocuting Ghosts to notice Leo getting a literal tongue-lashing from a Gastly until it was nearly too late!
Leo the Riolu and Blitz the Pikachu belong to @Taren14
The ghosts are intangible, they can't be owned
