Description
I used images from Ultimate Enemy. Now, I want you all to go back and look at how inconsistent the Observants designs were, especially towards the end. It was awesome! At first they have no cape, then they have a cape, then their belts are black, then their belts are red, then I think one Observant is darker than the other. >_> Annoying creatures!
