Description
And in the aftermath of the SING video, there's something that no one thought about until it was far, FAR too late....Like the good little killjoy I am, I had FAR too much fun trashing BL/Ind's foyer. It certainly made up for having to draw the fallen killjoys (I refuse to accept they're dead until Gerard Way himself confirms it and you can't tell me otherwise!!)
Handdrawn and coloured in using Letraset Promarkers - I got a new spray-paint tool for my pens, which is what I used to create the bulletholes on the wall!! I've been working on adding more detail to their costumes as I normally keep comic figures as minimalistic as possible but I think they look better with the extra details (and take twice as long to do... oy...) Randomly, I love how EASILY the Killjoy characters all translate so easily to comic form, which I guess is kinda obvious seeing as they were designed as cartoon characters to begin with (Art geek moment, sorry!) I'll stop rambling now...)

I think it would have been appropriate for the sign in the background to have said "The aftermath is secondary," so it's like "Who's gonna clean this up?!" "Well...nevermind that. The aftermath is secondary. We ended the killjoys, you should be happy!"

"I refuse to accept they're dead until Gerard Way himself confirms it and you can't tell me otherwise!!"
Exactly! They need to make more vids that explain what really happened. They can' be dead. That's not how it works.

I know, I just wanted to see them triumph once. JUST ONCE!! You know, considering they had their asses handed to them at the end of both videos...
Thank you!!

i bet they kicked ass before this though. They probably got away from them millions of times. That's why koarse wants them dead.
Well only five more years until the Killjoy comic comes out so we'll know then! C:

You'd think that but I have a feeling they were just INCREDIBLY good at running away and not getting caught. Sort of like "Quick, let's paintbomb BL/Ind's headquarters a 3 in the morning and RUUUUN!!" and "Hey, is Korse in the loo? OK, barricade the door and STEAL HIS CAR!!"
Five years?? What?? My heart can't wait that long!!

I hope it's less, though. Because Umbrella Academy was so awesome I've got high hopes.
They must be SO good at running!!! But i wonder why he wants the girl.
So why do you thinkbob left?

YES, UA was just so incredible! I hoped there'd be more of that too but it's all a bit quiet on that front too... bah!! I adored Vanya, it's a shame there wasn't more of her in Dallas
Hahah well, generally, unpopular kids at school do end up pretty good at running... years of practice and all. I've seen a few theories floating around as to why Korse took her, such as whatever disaster caused the world of 2019 had rendered everyone sterile, so the fact that someone had managed to make a kid out in the desert was a pretty big thing, so BLI wanted her to see if she was the genetic link to keeping the human race going. Another one was that her mum (who we saw was dead in the Nanana video) was part of this hardcore rebel group... personally though, I think that Korse just took her as bait. He knew the Killjoys would go after her, even if it meant they'd die... although that all rather begs the question why the hell didn't Korse just kill them when they were unconscious on the ground instead of setting this elabourate trap that lured them into BL/Ind's headquarters which probably caused thousands of pounds in damages, not to mention the deaths of several henchmen and Korse getting shot in the leg...
Uh, rambling. Sorry. What do you think?
And as for Bob? Ahh, the million dollar question!! I reckon he just wanted out in a "my time here is done" way. What's your theory?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
That sounds plausible. She must be so incredibly special to them or something. I love the part in SING when she smiles at the other lady smugly.
I think Bob left because of the whole theme of the album. He was always the camera shy one. In 'Life on the Murder Scene' he was always shoving the cameras away. He always seemed to be the more 'normal' of the five. I really dunno. they said it was amicable, but still. He's been there for all those years.

oh my god i love this so much

I agree; I won't believe anyone except the band itself on whether or not they're dead... and they're not *shot* Cute drawing btw ^^
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
They survived being shot at the end of Nanana, they can survive this!! *clings to hope*
Thank you!
(And yes, you SHOULD dye your hair blue. Blue hair is awesome.)
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
THEY SHOULD. THEY MUST. WE NEEEEED THEM TO.
You're welcome ^^
Thanks btw, you're the first one who noticed that XDDD I'll have to wait until college though... *shot*

The video is so tragic, yet you managed to get humor out of it.
Good job!!

Thank you!!
I actually had a really hard time drawing the killjoys in this one, I wasn't too sure if the humour would come across or if it would just be out of place.
LOVE your signature!

It does come across... well, for me at least it did!
Haha, thanks love!
