Basing Tutorial. — Description
How nice of me to make a tutorial for you. I think this is seriously, the first tutorial I ever made on DeviantART. Yeah, as you can tell, I'm terrible at explaining things.
1. Pick a thing to make a base out of.
2. Start outlining, like how I did in the picture.
3. Save as 16 Colour Bitmap.
4. Erase all the other unwated stuff.
5. Colour in the blank spaces and things that need to be coloured in.
6. Copy and paste the picture into a new file, and save as PNG. After you do that, you need to colour it in like an actual pony.
7. Upload the work or something.
