QBASIC Sprite Animation — Description
This is a screencap of a sprite animation program that I implemented on MS-DOS using QBASIC. It involves drawing an image (sprite) using the DATA command, and then successively redrawing it in different places in response to the arrow keys being pressed. You can also change the speed using the number keys (speed is shown in the lower right corner). I had planned to make this into a full-fledged game with coins you can collect and monsters you have to avoid, but much like most of the great ideas I have, I never got around to implementing it.
