It's not a green faery but a blue faery. I like how she is put against a blurred background (the edges of her garment fading into the background, too). It makes her a bright, lively spot amidst an indefinable mass.

When I think of pure joy, I think of dressing up silly, flying kites, coloring with crayons, and laughing like crazy. This photo puts me in mind of all of those things. I think it's time to reacquaint myself with my inner child.
