Looking back on it, Lynne getting sucked into this portal was an accident, and she was nowhere near as hasty and rash as Chloe was. Chloe went in accidentally, too, as she did not know what the portal might do to her. But coming back all the time in spite of all warnings shows she does not think there may be side effects. I imagine Lynne would regard warnings.
