funny how i was drawing this today because at lunch time i was discussing with pluto how much i've come to loathe fan art lately.

anyways, i never ever really see any fanart for the lovely and sex puppet of a cartoon, Miss Jessica Rabbit.

the reason i draw her is that the moment i ever saw her, she totally changed my veiws on how to draw. i remember watching 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" when i was little, and i loved hte concept. living with walking, talking, breathing cartoons. it was awesome.

i watched it once more again when i was in jr. high, and it struck me- everything that Jessica had was ideal for a woman's body in art. her accented hips, her tapered and narrow waist, pouting- her sex appeal is throught the roof.

her sex appeal totally made me open my eyes- i draw my lips pouty for she was always pouting. she had full luscious lips, honestly.

her eyes- they were half closed, as if not at all caring, and half her face was nearly covered all the time. it gave her a mysterious sense, like "oooh, am i a bad girl, or no?" most my sketches- or a pic in general where i want the woman to be as sexy as she can be- i cover her other eye. there's something about one eye peeking out with ehr lips slightly parted that just made Jessica so alluring.....

her body- first and foremost, her boobs. they were huge. ridiculously huge. and bounced quite often. that didn't help me much, but soon after, i began to draw my boobs more 'squishy' than the hard ones i always did. O_o did i just make sense?

>>>--- her hips- her hips were quite accented. that changed me drawings the most. at first, when i drew a woman, her body was straight like a post. but then seeing Jessica again, how she walked, even the sultry way she stood- the artists gave her a sharp, firm indent, making her waist so small and her hips wider than her shoulder. so i began putting indents in all my women's waist's and voila!- my women didn't look so manly.

her limbs- long legs and arms, skinny wrists and ankles, delicate and seldner feet and hands- she looked so fragile. but she really wasn't. n_n;;

and that's mostly what comes to mind. since jr. high, i've only seen that movie once on the TV again. but it was edited and stuff, some of the jokes were taken out! i vow to buy that movie, i love it more than any other movie i've sen. that gritty, sleezy jazz opener that Jessica debuts in the movie is just too awesome for words, and i am seriosuly gonna murder someone unless i have that movie. @_@
