Now, this is fun...
This is another riderverse of: Blazikenking that using a similiar power to....DEN-O!
Instead of trying to explain the concept myself, i will copy-paste his own notes to guide me making this series.
Here it is:
Premise: a Kamen Rider based on the four main chaos gods of 40k. Uses a distorted and warped version of the Den-O belt and Dengasher. Unlike Den-O's transformable armor, each form has unique armor.
Less of a “who” and more of a “what”. Warp comes from a point in Immaterium where the realms of Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle, and Slaanesh meet in equal measures, and the energies that coalesced into him come in equal parts from all four realms. In the Immaterium, he slew daemons of each chaos god and collected bits of their energy. With enough, he was able to make the Warp Driver, and with more, the Warp Passes that he carries on the belt.
The chaos gods eventually took notice of this entity, and in an extremely rare, almost unheard of instance of agreement, all four called him one of their champions. Warp, being loyal to them, goes out wherever he's needed in the Materium to bolster the forces of chaos. If he dies, he immediately respawns in the Immaterium.
When a Warp Pass is used with the Driver, the corresponding chaos god possesses Warp's form and enters combat personally. Warp, being a champion of all four, can dictate when to change forms.
Out of Henshin, he looks human, but there's something that feels wrong about him to other humans. As a Warp entity, he's not worried about being captured. If he feels like it, he can subtly alter people's perceptions to start up some chaos and mayhem, then walk off into The Warp.
Sounds intriguing? YES IT IS!

Does anyone else think that this rider's motorcycle should be one that transforms alongside said rider into dangerous battle vehicles depending on the forms of said kamen rider?

Kuuga use that idea, Gouram basically an entity that act as Kuuga's sidekick. It attach itself unto any riding that Kuuga use and transform all of them into Kuuga signature rides.

I haven't come up with a final form for Warp, but it would likely be called Undivided and be an unstable form. It would be difficult to access the form and difficult to hold it too. Getting four people to agree on something can be difficult. Getting four chaos gods to agree on what to do is practically impossible.

Hey its no problem at all.
Because no joke I've been getting into Warhammer 40k got deep into lore, and watched animated videos, etc.
Even read quite a few fics...
Same for of Tokusatsu like that of Godzilla, Ultraman Kamen rider etc.
but what saddens me is that there is no xover fics between the two groups...Depending on the franchise and series of tokusatsu.
Because I can say with certainty that any if not all of the toku villain factions will not have an easy time at all with the 40k verse...
because here's the deal....
40k human populace ain't Japan because the Imperium of Mann will retaliate against any of the villain factions with extreme prejudice with their WMDS that quite literally treat the Geneva Convention into the Geneva toilet paper...
As in the words of the Imperium.
"Burn the Heretic, Kill the Mutant, Purge the Unclean, Loathe the Xeno."
Which alot of the Toku villain factions fall into alot of those categories.

What if I told you I've also got a Kamen Rider called WAAAGH? Or one that has equipment based on the Borderlands weapon manufacturers? Maybe one themed after the Machines in Horizon Zero Dawn? No art of any of them, but I do have a character sheet for each one.
I'll probably have another crossover Rider before Gotchard reaches episode 10.

Will this Waaggghhhh Rider be split off into riders similar to of Revice of Revi and Vice.
only in this case its Gork and Mork.
One is brutal yet cunning while the other is Cunning Yet Brutal.
And they fight each other just as much as anyone else.

The HZD Rider, Wild, works like Revice. A Humagear that, somehow, has an inner demon that the Machine Vistamps can release. The Demon, Mecha, is usually no taller than a normal person, takes on the Machine's appearance, and acts more like an extension of Wild. The Remix ability is a bit different, allowing Mecha to break apart and equip onto Wild as armor and/or weaponry. Remixing again will reconfigure Mecha or restore him to his Machine form.
WAAAGH's Driver is closer to the Ark Driver. He can go into a grayscale default form that's decent all around with nothing but the Driver. Form changes come from color slabs that get slammed into the Driver. As with all Orky stuff, Red is fast, Yellow causes explosions, Blue is lucky, Black is tough, Green is the best, and nobody's ever seen the Purple form. Also, WAAAGH's gear doesn't have voice lines. He just shouts the lines himself and it works.
I looked through my 62 Riders and found a Tyranid one called Hive. So there's a pleasant thought.

And does WAAAGHH still have the same capabilites as any other Ork in terms of mainly having crowd powered mentallity that bends the laws of reality, he weaponizes anything he gets his hands on, Know and desired only War and Destruction, and was almost impossible to kill.
And add in the fact the more Fighting Waaagh does, the more powerful he becomes.
Much like the Orks eventually evolving into back into the Krorks their most powerful selves that fought in the War in Heaven against the C'tan and Necrons.
Also nice of the Tyranid ride though question...Which series is he based off of?
Ryuki due to the contract monster similar to that of Imperer of his Gazelle herd.

Also big question....How bad would get if anything of Warhammer 40k got into Tokusatsu....from Orks forming a Waaagghhh as they be looking for a fight.
Chaos sending in cultists as the chaos gods be consuming the new source of emotions, and thoughts from this universe the good, the bad, and the Ugly.
Tyranids sending in Genestealers for more biomass to consume.
Imperium going on a crusade,
Tau looking for more people to join the Greater Good,
Eldar looking for something to save their race while the Dark Eldar be pulling drive by kidnappings.
And Necrons...eh i think Trazyn would just be lookin around to add more stuff to his collection.

WAAAGH would definitely get a power boost if he's fighting with some Orks, but he's still formidable on his own.
Kamen Rider Hive's gear is a bit of a combination of OOO and Fourze's, allowing him to utilize and mix a wide variety of abilities. But since you mentioned it, I can see an Advent Deck version.
Given the sheer scale and intensity of the 40k setting, it's not a question of how bad it'll get, it's a matter of how it's going to get bad.

Exactly Like no joke I've been going around on fanfiction throwing out ideas of mainly of which of those who are non tokusatsu getting isekaied into a tokusatsu place.
But nooooo certain people seem to don't like that idea as I'm just a toxic fan when boy I've thought up more original ideas of xovers than you have.
Like no joke all of the tokusatsu hero battles such as Kamen rider or Super Sentai for example have been limited to one or two cities at least of when their monsters attacked.
Ultraman they seem to expand globally or Universally.
40k the attacks happen planet wide if ever of Chaos, Orks, or Tyranids.
Seriously its the matter of several factors on how much can the toku heroes handle Mentally as they see either Civilians, or their fellow comrades get torn to shreds, get ganged up on, Torn to shreds, or witness their bodies be descreated if of the forces of Chaos whether Khorne, or worse Slaaneesh.
Or suddenly get shot down, or even handle all the blood, death, and screams all around them.
Along with even handling cruel harshness of Warfare if dealing with mulitple different fronts of warfare such as Siege warfare offense or defense, Terror Warfare if the Night Lords ever come into play; Espionage warfare if of Supply lines be disrupted or Officers be Assassinated, and more sabotage, much much more.
And lets not forget of Very difficult decisions to make that can no longer be taken back if in regards of what's 10 lives compared to billions right now.
The Toku heroes maybe powerful but they have their weaknesses that if found will be exploited...to a degree.
Such as the Ultras for example they have their three minute rule in general due to the Earth's Atmosphere, or pollution or toxic environments blocking the Sunlight so the Ultra have to use their power wisely when in a fight.
Same if in a extremely cold environment like the arctic during a Blizzard.
