Description
Dawn Static exists in a MLP AU I have in which a false alicorn can be born to a pegasis and a unicorn. A false alicorn is a pony with wings and a horn, but either the wings or the horn is under developed, in Dawn's cause his horn is under developed and he cannot do magic.Dawn is in charge of the clouds in the morning, bringing them in a clearing them as the sun rises, he is a bubbly and energetic pony . he likes hats and coke and sleeping.
