Tetris — Description
So for the past couple of weeks I've retreated from most of the internet to work on a portfolio for a summer art program on animation. I really, really wanted to get in, and had to complete a total of three pictures and a very short animation. This is one of those pictures. The animation, I am ashamed to say, came out terribly and is a royal mess, but oh well, it's in the past. One of the pieces I did looks like I vommitted all over the paper, and I was only able to work on it for three hours this morning before having to mail my papers in. The other drawing is decent, and I may post it...

This, however, is my favorite of them all, because it actually came out pretty splendidly. Not...my best, I'd say, but much better than the others. IT'S EXTREMELY DEPRESSING WHAT THE HECK A GUY IS GETTING CRUSHED, RIGHT? Well, it's not literal, it's metaphorical in a sense. All this guy's hard work in making perfect walls? shattered as they explode upon being completed.

So I'm pretty much pushing for this to get me through...also, painting that guy was a fun learning experience. Whoa.
