Description
Last night i had that strange dreamWhere everything was exactly how it seemed
Where concerns about the world getting warmer
The people thought they were just being rewarded
For treating others as they like to be treated
For obeying stop signs and curing diseases
For mailing letters with the address of the sender
Now we can swim any day in November

You have such a cool style! By far one of the more original photographers that I've seen here on DA. Keep up the great work

I used to have white-blonde hair when I was little. I lived in the U.A.E. , so it was very hot.

Is it nice atleast in the summer? or Spring? or is gloomy all year around..

P0RG In reply to Katib [2007-10-18 22:23:30 +0000 UTC]
Well, as you may tell from the photos you like, summer is lovely! But it never gets too hot which is nice. America seems to have the extremes of weather, eith way too hot or undern 4 feet of snow!
How is it there right now?
Where are you again?

Katib In reply to P0RG [2007-10-18 22:35:40 +0000 UTC]
Very true very ture. But you know what I can stand the cold if there's snow! Specially 4 feet, that would be pretty spectacular.
I be in Ohio, which is the most boring place ever. Though last year we did have a ice storm which was Awesome. School shut down for a week and huge trees fell from the weight of the ice. It was crazy. But otherwise its just hot with no rain or freezing with no snow.

I really don't understand this picture. I don't get whats going on in it, but it is still top-notch, especially after what all these comments have said. Could you please possibly try to explain whats going on in it?

It is me just experimenting with styles of photography. I am dreaming...

Sadly, I don't have Adobe.. I only have Corel.. which there are *some* things similar.. but if it's easy enough to explain and not take too much of your time, then yes! Please tell me and I'll try to translate that to Corel functions!! Thank you!

Well, first I always duplicate the layer and make it lighter, then gaussian blur it, then set that layer to soft light. This makes the initial colours softer.
Then I add 2 new empty layes
On the top layer I fill it with a light cream, and set the fill to 60 and the opacity to 60. Then I set the layer to multiply.
The layer beneath that I fill with a dark blue and do the same fill/opacity thing. I then set this layer to lighten.
Then I play around with levels/channels. Most people then use textures, but I haven't tried that yet.
Good luck translating that : )
