Thank you!
Do you mean the letters on the bottom of the photo? or the NINE behind her?

I felt that the composition wasn't balanced...I put that "NINE" behind her in order to balance everything and I felt that it also made the image look more 3-dimensional...that's all....if youre wondering about the word "nine" it is one of my aliases.

Do you mean what kind of filter did I use in photoshop? If so, which is the effect that you are interested in? I am only asking because I didn't only use one filter...I experimented on this one quite a lot so I don't remember everything...but if you tell me what you want I might be able to help you.

The Sharp “glow” is what I want to say. Also, if you used dual layers to achieve the NINE in the background.
Thanks!

...ok...I will tell you what I have used but I don't remember the levels of each or which I did first and which last but Iwill try:
I palyed with the hues and the saturation in order to correct the colours.
Then I played with the shadow levels to make it sharper.
Then I used a KPT (Kai's power tools) filter called Gradient lab (subtract) in order to give more light on Olivia and less on everything around her.
Then I used another KPT filter called Equalizer in order to make it even sharper (this usually gives noise to a photograph).
I don't think that I used anything else.
And yes, NINE was on a text layer. I had to rasterize that layer in order to cut out the parts of the NINE which were on Olivia...
I don't know if I helped at all...I want to find a way and record all my actions without having to write them down but I guess it's too boring or I am too lazy when it comes to such things. If I'm not making much sense or if you need something else don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you very much. I think that the sculpture helped alot. You should look at the link I gave in the description. This guy makes amazing light sculptures which all look like they are from out of this world and their movements are designed according to movements of stars and planets...if I remeber well...

Thank you very much. I only used a big spotlight and the light that comes from the sculpture...the kitchen lights were turned off.

THANK YOU!!
Yes...I though that by putting that "NINE" between her and the "enviroment" (is that the right word?) would make the whole image kind of 3 dimensional...and show off her "plane"...
Thank you for the !!!
