upset — Description
Chibi-neko(oh my God! >< )-Charlie.
Honestly I don't like all that sweet neko-girls and boys and I don't find them cute or attractive and so on.
Also I don't like chibis and draw them only when there's no inspiration for something better.
Now I'm upset like Charlie on this picture, and maybe even more, so here is that terrible chibi-neko stuff.
He's upset because of love, I'm - because of some other reason.
