Edit: I understand some find this confusing. Basically Naruto is looking down when addressing Jiraiya- assuming that when Tsunade said he'd be looking over them, it would be from hell.

Or I suppose you could always just see it as Naruto is looking down Tsunade's shirt in Jiraiya's memory. I didn't intend it to be that way... But I suppose it works.

Edit Edit: Ahhh! I just realized I forgot to add in Naruto's whiskers! ...I fail.

He took off the whiskers to look extra special for Jiraiya's funeral. There. I win again. It's a sucky win, but I'll take it.
