Wild... Appears! — Description
Really out of place Comm for I love me some mixing ups.
I think I covered all the points (save for the 25% damage output)
Psst me for b.g. less background if ya want Mr. AKAKeon!

Some heads-up:

Luke

- Hair was based off 'got it memorized' guy. Hair fur? What do peops call it by?
- This lucranios can also conjure up Pikachu familiars. And only that, giving some sort of thunder attributes (so gamey). I am limiting it to Pika because... Imagine the endless possibilities. Aura Toaster would be a pretty heavy hitter.
- Backdrop is in the shape of a pokeball (because I reaaally need to update my comm. list), with a hint of terrain and grassy area.
- Leather grey thingy around the waist was changed into a Honedge sash. So it can hit ghosts. Without any Foresight.

Anyway, surprise!

And now to smokeball away.
