This painting I did has a deeper story than most, & let me start off by saying (This painting doesn't do ANY justice to the real thing) So, in 2013, I had actually died... With the help of my friend, I came back. the journey to this place was black at first, then there was a tunnel full of what looked like the kaleidoscope effect. I then appeared here at the front of these gates. I believe this place to be heaven, I also believe that other religions call it different names, but that is what it was. I saw a large roman like building, with balls of light coming & going through the entrance, I somehow knew these were either people or other beings. I didn't get farther than this golden gate. I appeared to be in an endless sky, there was no ground below from what I could see. I was standing on clouds, looking at this amazing structure, & floating islands with rivers falling off of them, & even waterfalls falling from nothing... no stream, no land, just falling from nothing. I didn't feel pain, I didn't feel fear, any sort of negitive emotion, or thought was completely gone from me. I was at peace. I do remember thinking about my family though, but I felt happy, so I knew they would be okay. Then out of no where everything was white, I started to blink, & reality started coming to normal vision... I was back, & not happy to say the least. When I came back, I was thinking "No! I don't want to be back! I was happy, I shouldn't be here!" Then from the disorientation, I was walking up & down the streets, trying to figure out what exactly reality was... saying "What is this!? What is this!?" I thought long & hard about it after a while, & then I realised, I had gone to what these religions call heaven, & I' am thankful for my friends help in aiding in my life. I'm truly greatful & honored to have gone to this place. I know many may try to oppose my experience, but I'm not claiming anything other than my own experience, & to me this was as real is it gets. Please keep in mind, I'm very sceptical, although I' am spiritual, I still try to see things from a scientific basis, & this goes against any form of current scientific explanation I could think of. Upon further investigation, I found that others had experienced this place as well, & saw what I saw... I came to the conclusion that that is no mere coincidence.
