. He’s basically the stereotypical dumb cartoon bully, like Buford from phineas and ferb
. He does stereotypical bully things like stealing lunch money and making fun of people
. He’s really harmless tho, he’s like a honey badger, acts much tougher than he looks
. He has beef with Poliwhirl
. The true reason he’s a bully is because he feels ennui most of the time
. His older brother Primape seems to get most of the recognition by their parents due to being third place in the Kanto Fight Club Ranking, making Mankey feel empty
. Doesn’t resent Primape though, he looks up to him
. Takes out his frustrations by picking on others
. Isn’t too much of a bad soul despite that
. Imagine him sounding like Roy from Spooky Month
