Next time I think to myself, "I should make a little custom chibi/emoji thing, that won't be very hard or take very long," please just shoot me instead.
(Not that it was that "hard" in the end, but I certainly spent a lot more time on it than I thought I would.)

I think the icon came out perfect and was a great idea!
I love when emojis are used like this, to represent KOs, a lost life, gameovers, digestions, ect.
It allows a great, intimate insight into what a character is experiencing/feeling in a given moment. Especially if a situation where showing the character is not possible or practical.
The hair on her skull was done excellently and is immediately recognizable as hers. She does look she's just totally done
