The Phenomena — Description
I did a character for a contest that requires us to make up an OC and give them a back story, here's the back story. :ALL WORKS ARE OWNED BY ME:

OC's Name : Satcha Sole (Codename: The Phenomena,)
OC's Background story : At the age of ten, Satcha was a bright, happy little girl with long brown hair and golden eyes with a soft complexion, Living with her loving mother in the city of Marks, Unknowing of the fact that she held the power of the spark. One cold night Satchas mother woke to screams as she rushed to her daughters room to see that Satcha was being consumed by a blue aura of electrical power. Rushing to her daughters aid, Satchas mother had been torn apart by her daughters loss of control over her terrifying power. Satcha's power had become so intense that it had caused her hair to lose it's pigment as well as her eyes and skin. At breaking point an electrical overcharge exploded from little Satcha blacking out the entire country. Upon the end of this strange phenomena, The SPRF(Supernatural Phenomena Research Facility) Took Satcha away forcing her to move constantly from underground facility to facility, enduring the eight years of seemingly torturous experiments and constant training as well as fights to the literal death with many other children of different ages. After all this Satchas emotions have nearly dissipated leaving her near emotionless and cold. On one night again, The eighteen year old Satcha had once again been overwhelmed by her power blacking out the country that she had yet to discover as she made a near death escape into a world unknown to the Rejected Phenomena.
OC's Specialties : Magnetic push/pull, Electrical Blast/Projectile/Overcharge. Various martial arts and knife fighting (using a sickle)
