Video Call — Description

I’ve wondered what would happen if two characters with a similar sorta overall feel had an interaction. Hoops and Yo-yo were my own childhood comfort characters. Penny is my modern comfort character. I’ve made this cute piece of art with Hoops in my art style! Also this was edited into someone else’s art. I will credit them in the comments in a bit
