No one remembers Tatsunoko vs. Capcom for @Roster-Builder, though the background and the Tekkaman Blade portrait are still intact. So, I made a portrait pack with all the playable characters in their artwork from the game.
And yes, this also includes character portraits that @MrYoshi1996/@MrYoshi2011 had made, but didn't include in his Hyper-Drive expansion, as well as one character that got removed internationally in this game.
