Here is a skin i made for the popular DSP plugin ofwinamp: enhancer v017 , can be found here atm

This was totally inspired and made using elements/bitmaps/rasters from a very very awesome skin by NUCLEUS_ called HCDEV.

get the plugin installed with administrator priviledges
and the skin in the correct folders i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Winamp\Skins and load the skin from winamp's Preferences skinsselector
then copy paste this skin into C:\Program Files (x86)\Winamp\Plugins\Enhancer\017
and finally open the enhancer plugin, right click on itself, and select "skin browser" and select this file
