I'm not using Photoshop, so, no .psd file for you. But you can get a xcf-file (the same like psd just by GIMP)

i like these colors and the subtle shading. i use a mac and pc for my work and the more minimal the color scheme and the less the dramatic colors, the more usable the theme is ... plus i enjoy creative minimalism
