Description
This obscure little joke came from a conversation I had with my husband. We were laughing about how Sonic now has this human girl, Elise, to look after in the Sonic 360 game. And we remarked how we hope that she doesn't get killed, or Sonic will be all angsty like Shadow. So here's the joke! Sonic and Shadow with identical angsty girl problems! So they go to drown their sorrows. In root beer.
