I mean, really, this is so .. so freaking amazing.. wonderful job!!! if you take requests for future artwork, I would love love to see a Mega Vileplume.. I've scoured the internet and can't find a single one.. I've done one myself, but I would love to see someone else's take on it, and after seeing this piece, I have no doubt you would do it justice

Last I checked they had only mentioned that the character in the image was "related to Mewtwo in some way" in other words we don't know yet whether this is an alternate Forme of Mewtwo or a genetically engineered clone of him AKA a "Mewthree".

I believed the top of his head is supposed to be a halo and horns, because although he was reborn (awakened), his past and present is still consumed by darkness.
