Speed Racer Family — Description

Here is my version of Speed, Rex, Sprite, Pops, Mom Racer along with Tricia & chim-chim (no room for Sparky) in car with Racer X included.
I always wondered why he was never added since he is the oldest son and a big part of the show.
I drew the Family more “adorable” and added the checkered background instead of that solid yellow they used at the end.
I used brighter colors on everyone & backgrounds for a better appearance but on the name title I used burgundy color so it would not have “melted” into the checkered red if I made it the same colored red.
Drawn on 11X17 paper, black flair marker & used photo impression for coloring.
Enjoy & Peace~ 2025
